If your ATM/Visa Check Card is lost or stolen

Please call the Customer Service Center for your banking region to report your card as lost or stolen, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You will need your card number or the number of the checking account that is affiliated with your card.

You may also visit any Independent Bank office to report your missing card. Our banking associates will be happy to help you.
