“I am writing to compliment the service of my local Assistant Manager, Kristin LaRue. Kristin helped me out on two separate occasions, which made a world of difference to me. The first incident I had with her, she took care of a computer glitch which took money out of my account by mistake. She took care of this personally and had it taken care of very quickly. The second time she came through for me was just recently. I took out a loan to purchase a car which I had put a down payment on. When the loan money came through; the bank was forced to freeze the check for a week because of the amount. Kristin once again, personally called my dealership, told them the situation and allowed me to take a little more money to them to keep the car. Once the money was no longer frozen, Kristen went down to the dealership herself and paid the rest of the money for the car. Kristin LaRue is a great person and gives Independent Bank a very personable feel.”
